On May 15, 2007, Jim Rooney and his wife Maryanne were honored as co-chairs of the Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation’s (EDC) 8th Annual Gala to support the work of the EDC and their remarkable achievements at the BCEC. This event celebrated an organization that has worked tirelessly for nearly three decades to improve the community and better the lives of its neighbors.
