The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (MCCA) announced the winners of the November Advantage Boston Taxi Rewards program at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC) in an effort to encourage greater cab driver hospitality and to reward those drivers who deliver superb customer service. Daniel Michel of Brockton and James Belmonte of Winchester both received $500.00 for their efforts of going above and beyond customer satisfaction.


Taxi driver Daniel Michel of Brockton received a $500 reward from the MCCA for his superior customer service and hospitality.


Cab driver James Belmonte of Winchester was rewarded with a check for $500 from the MCCA for his friendly service to conventioneers and visitors of Boston.
