| EVENT INSURANCE |
The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority offers the convenient opportunity to purchase insurance directly from our facilities for short term events using only meeting rooms and/or the ballroom.
As stated in your Event License Agreement, show management must submit a Certificate of Insurance that complies with our insurance requirements at least sixty (60) days prior to the first move-in day. Insurance coverage must be in effect during all dates specified in the license (move-in, show days and move-out).
To see if your event qualifies to purchase insurance through the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, please contact your sales manager.
No move-in may begin until we have received a valid Certificate of Insurance.
