At the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, we understand the pressures of event planning, and do everything we can to accommodate you. The Hynes has a highly skilled staff that can handle everything from utilities and security to catering and cleaning. And our advanced telecommunications capabilities include local area networking, live international broadcasts, and satellites. In short, we provide the people, services, and technology that will make things easy for you - and make your event a success.

For Show Managers:
To assist with your event planning, a dedicated Event Manager is assigned to each event.

This person serves as the main point of contact between the Hynes staff and the event planner. In addition to creating an event resume detailing:
  • Event schedule
  • Exhibit requirements
  • Room sets
  • Building service needs

Your manager will schedule a pre-convention meeting, conduct operational site visits, provide on-site assistance and orchestrate the final invoice.

For Exhibitors:
The Customer Service Center will assist with the coordination of service orders. The Customer Service Representative is the exhibitor's point of contact for any questions or information requests about the BCEC. A Customer Service Desk is located in the General Contractor's service area.

If you have questions or need additional information, please contact the BCEC Customer Service Center at (617) 954-2230.

For Attendees:
Services for visitors with disabilities - wheelchairs, information booths, designated parking, TDD telephones, and other services are available for Visitors with Disabilities. The Hynes Convention Center is in compliance with the American with Disabilities Act and continues to look for ways to accommodate all visitors.
