BCEC Floorplans for each level are available for download (PDF format). The main entrance (North Side) will be on the right hand side of the page once the file opens. For specific questions regarding rigging, lighting, or any other services please contact your Event Manager. If you have not yet booked a show, please contact our Sales Staff.
Level 0 - (Exhibition Hall) features 3 exhibition halls each ranging in size from 162,000 to 184,000 square feet. Other features include 52 covered loading bays (4 with drive-on accessibility to the exhibition halls) and a registration area that totals 23,000 square feet.
Level 1 - (Concourse) features a spectacular main lobby and registration, totaling over 43,000 square feet. Also included are 38 meeting rooms totaling over 61,000 square feet and an international food court seating over 400 and registration area totaling over 64,000 square feet.
Level 2 - features 4 registration lobbies totaling 28,000 square feet to serve 39 meeting rooms totaling 82,000 square feet. This level also features prefunction space totaling 64,000 square feet for informal gatherings.
Level 3 - (Ballrooom) features a 40,000 square feet grand ballroom that include 19,340 square foot ballroom prefunction area with a panoramic view of downtown Boston.
