The BCEC offers complete Audio/Visual services. For the convenience of our customers, our in-house audio visual company can provide you with a wide selection of audio visual equipment.

Audio Visual:
The MCCA has contracted with Projection Inc., as the preferred in house audio visual provider. Projection Inc. offers audio visual services to make each event as simple and cost-effective as possible.

Projection Inc. maintains a full time staff and fully stocked office with the latest audio visual technology available. Projection Inc. is a nationwide audio visual company with many years of experience servicing convention centers around the country.

Besides the basic audio visual break-out room equipment, Projection Inc. can also provide the following services:

  • Computer Rentals
  • Simultaneous Interpretation Support
  • Audience Response Systems
  • General Session Production
  • Staging
  • Webcast Services and ProjectionNet - a networked Speaker Ready Room to all break-out sessions

Recording:
A central recording room is available for use by Audio Visual and recording companies. All meeting areas, including the ballrooms, auditorium, and exhibit areas, can be recorded from one location.

Paging:
Paging is available throughout the building. This service is free of charge during show hours and move-in/out periods that occur between 7:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime labor charges apply to after-hours, weekend, and holiday move-in/out periods. Paging can be done from anywhere in the building, but a labor charge may apply if cabling needs to be installed.
